Returns

We want you to love your products, but mishaps do happen. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If there is an issue with the product, please send an email to sales@theprissytype.com. Please reach out to us before returning any merchandise. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

*Due to the pandemic, we are only offering refunds on defective items within 30 days of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Once you receive a notification that a refund was issued, please check with your bank. There is often a processing time of 3-5 business days before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@theprissytype.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged Jewelry

Please contact us if your jewelry is damaged. We want you to love your purchase and we stand behind our quality.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
