Shipping & Returns

At The Prissy Type, every order is packaged with care, intention, and a little extra love. We want you to feel confident and excited when your package arrives.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your purchase, but if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at sales@theprissytype.com so we can assist you.

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition received

  • Returned with proof of purchase

  • Reported within 30 days of purchase

Please contact us before sending any item back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email sales@theprissytype.com with your order number and photos of the item. We stand behind the quality of our products and will do our best to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved and processed, please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

If you still have not received your refund after that time, please contact your bank first, then email us at sales@theprissytype.com.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit once the return is approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
