The Prissy Type was born out of a need to create more than just accessories—we’re crafting a movement. Our founder saw how black women were often left out of traditional beauty narratives, so she built a brand that centers us at the core. Each product is more than a fashion statement—it’s a reflection of a woman reclaiming her power, protecting her peace, and prioritizing her purpose.
